Pastor Senn is writing another play for all the youth of the congregation to perform, including Sunday School, confirmation class, and youth group. This time it’s an Old Testament story – the story about Joseph being sold by his brothers into slavery in Egypt and coming to the attention of the pharaoh because of his ability to interpret dreams.  We plan to perform the play on Sunday, March 18.  It will be followed by a family meal. Mark your calendars. Rehearsals will be in Sunday School and on Sunday evenings for the older youth.
It is a fitting story for Lent, because it has the theme of reconciliation and forgiveness, and shows God’s provision for his people even through ways that elude us.
